About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Specialist – Ultrasound to join our rapidly growing medical imaging and diagnostics team. This Poland-based role will support customers across Poland and Northeast Europe, working closely with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to maximize the clinical value of advanced ultrasound diagnostic systems.

This position is ideal for a clinical ultrasound expert who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and training skills. You will play a key role in supporting product adoption, delivering clinical training, and driving growth of ultrasound imaging solutions within healthcare institutions.

Working with physicians, sonographers, and healthcare teams, you will assist with product demonstrations, clinical trials, system installation, and post-sales clinical training, ensuring customers achieve optimal performance with Mindray ultrasound technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the clinical ultrasound expert and primary knowledge resource for customers.
  • Support hospitals and clinics with ultrasound system demonstrations, installations, and clinical training.
  • Deliver product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals and distributors.
  • Provide post-sales clinical application support to ensure effective use of ultrasound diagnostic equipment.
  • Work with healthcare teams to define optimal clinical configurations and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and product adoption across Poland and Northeast Europe.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and competency frameworks for ultrasound products.
  • Participate in medical congresses, workshops, and industry events.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ultrasound technology, medical imaging trends, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Clinical background with hands-on experience in ultrasound diagnostics.
  • Experience using ultrasound systems in hospital or pre-hospital environments.
  • Strong understanding of the ultrasound market in Poland (knowledge of Northeast European markets is an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced medical technology environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and clinical training skills.
  • Commercial awareness or experience supporting medical device sales is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Poland and Northeast Europe.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
