Outstanding talents in the fields of Basic Medicine, Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Nursing, and Artificial Intelligence and Medicine disciplines.

(ii) Recruitment Targets

1. Outstanding young talents from China and abroad

Possessing a doctoral degree, having achieved high academic achievements or recognized research results in their field, and being under the age of 40.

2. Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows

Demonstrating excellent character and academic performance, being in good health and under the age of 35, and principally having obtained their doctoral degree within the last three years.

1. Outstanding young talents from China and abroad

Leveraging our institute's selection of Overseas Young Scholars, with an annual salary starting at CNY 600,000  (with performance bonuses uncapped).

Inclusion in the university's Zhishan Professorship and Zhishan Young Scholars Category A Talent Project management.

Priority consideration for Jiangsu Province’s Double Innovation Talents and Distinguished Professorship, being recognized as "Taihu Talent" in Wuxi and enjoying related talent benefits.

Research Support: Matched research funding by the institute on a 1:1 basis, with additional funds for those with excellent initial employment assessments, up to a total of CNY 9 million. Assistance in forming research teams and priority access to graduate student recruitment quotas.

Housing Policy: In addition to national and provincial living subsidies, additional housing and settling allowance of no less than CNY 2 million, with a maximum of CNY 4 million for exceptionally outstanding achievements. Provision of free on-campus transitional housing for talents for up to 10 years.

Education Support: Assistance with children's school enrollment, providing high-quality basic education services.

Spouse Arrangements: Employment assistance based on the spouse's qualifications.

2. Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows

Annual salary up to CNY 500,000, including base salary starting at CNY 250,000, social insurance, and housing fund contributions. Additional research rewards up to CNY 110,000 per year for outstanding achievements. Candidates selected for Jiangsu Province’s Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellows may receive an additional CNY 300,000 subsidy over two years.

Research Support: Research funding of CNY 300,000, with additional funding up to CNY 300,000 for those meeting the university standards.

Housing Policy: Eligibility to apply for on-campus young faculty apartments. Those who meet Wuxi's "Xi-Introduction Project" policy criteria may receive a one-time living allowance of up to CNY 30,000, rental subsidies of CNY 60,000, and housing purchase subsidies of CNY 300,000.
