工作职责：
1. 从行政方面支持团队日常工作开展和执行以实现团队的高效运作，包含负责CDC汇报文档的制作，跨团队沟通和协调，外部供应商开发与管理；
2. 学助群体的日常管理；
3. 预算与财务信息的整理与对接，及临时或特殊任务的执行；
4. 学生沟通与职业类活动执行落地，确保活动安全、高效的举办；
5. 负责学生沟通协调工作，包括日常信息的推送，微信推文的内容管理、发布协调；
6. 学生邮件的回复与处理跟进；创新的沟通渠道与方式的开发应用；
7. 与IT部门积极沟通，推进与协调IT项目的开发与落实；
8. 低年级学生的职业规划与支持，包括定向专业学生的沟通、反馈与职业类活动组织，年度职业规划问卷的推动与分析，学生职业信息档案的管理等。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，有4年以上行政管理或市场营销方面的工作经验；具有高校学生的职业发展工作指导经历；
2. 熟悉项目管理和活动组织管理；
3. 优秀的沟通协调能力和分析能力，能兼顾多重任务且细致认真；
4. 积极的工作态度，能高效解决问题，且有创新意识；
5. 优秀的中英文读写能力；
6. 熟悉掌握办公软件、秀米编辑微信推文、Photoshop处理图文信息。

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen was founded in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools upon approval by the Ministry of Education. It strives to explore a new path of higher education featured by strong connections to both China and the world. It is CUHK-Shenzhen’s mission to cultivate innovative talents with a global perspective, Chinese cultural traditions and social responsibilities.
Currently, more than 10000 students are studying at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
Over the past ten years, the University has established seven schools, namely the School of Management and Economics, the School of Science and Engineering, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, the School of Data Science, the School of Music, the School of Medicine and the School of Public Policy. These seven schools, together with the Graduate School, offer 28 undergraduate programmes and 46 postgraduate programmes.
CUHK-Shenzhen adopts a college system. Seven colleges have been established, which are Shaw College, Diligentia College, Muse College, Harmonia College, Ling College, Minerva College and the Seventh College. The Colleges break the walls between different majors, grades, and backgrounds to provide a platform for informal and whole-person education.
CUHK-Shenzhen encourages international experiences and seeks to nurture global awareness. As of now, it has signed agreements with more than 150 renowned universities in 30 countries across the globe, offering around 250 international programmes of different types. Over 60% students have credit-bearing overseas experience.

Emblem & Motto

The emblem of CUHK and CUHK-Shenzhen is the mythical Chinese phoenix (鳳) which has long been renowned as the Bird of the South ever since Han dynasty. It is a symbol of nobility, beauty, loyalty and majesty. The University colors of CUHK are purple and gold, representing dedication and loyalty, perseverance and resolution, respectively.
The motto of CUHK is 'Through learning and temperance to virtue' (博文約禮), extracted from The Analects of Confucius and long considered a principal precept of his teaching. According to the Analects, Confucius says 'The superior man, extensively studying all learning, and keeping himself under the restraint of the rules of propriety, may thus likewise not overstep what is right.' (Legge's version of The Four Books) As manifested in our motto, CUHK-Shenzhen lays equal emphasis on intellectual and moral aspects of education.
