About the Role
Snibe is seeking a Hungarian Translator and Government Liaison to support the establishment and development of our new manufacturing facility in Hungary. This role will serve as a key bridge between our Chinese headquarters, local Hungarian authorities, and project partners to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Hungarian government departments to coordinate policy communication, documentation submission, and qualification reviews related to factory construction.
- Coordinate with third-party construction companies to monitor project progress and resolve operational issues.
- Translate documents and communications between Chinese and Hungarian teams.
- Manage government-related communications, documentation reviews, and compliance processes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Chinese and Hungarian project teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Support additional government affairs or project tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Fluent in Hungarian, Chinese, and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to conduct business negotiations, document translation, and government communications independently.
- Experience in government affairs, international project coordination, engineering management, or similar fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with Hungarian government policies and regulatory procedures is an advantage.
- Knowledge or experience in Certificate of Origin applications is a plus.
