Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize customer information, creating a regional customer service database.
- Develop customers according to the market area product promotion plan, establishing the company’s brand image through various channels.
- Communicate with customers to drive product sales orders and ensure timely product delivery.
- Provide after-sales service for company products, conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys, maintain relationships, and report survey results to relevant departments.
- Oversee the collection of sales payments in the assigned region.
- Complete sales tasks assigned by the sales supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, any major.
- Familiar with biological knowledge and the biotechnology reagent industry.
- Experience in sales within the biotechnology reagent industry for over two years is preferred.
