Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect and organize customer information, creating a regional customer service database.
2. Develop customers according to the market area product promotion plan, establishing the company’s brand image through various channels.
3. Communicate with customers to drive product sales orders and ensure timely product delivery.
4. Provide after-sales service for company products, conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys, maintain relationships, and report survey results to relevant departments.
5. Oversee the collection of sales payments in the assigned region.
6. Complete sales tasks assigned by the sales supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, any major.
2. Familiar with biological knowledge and the biotechnology reagent industry.
3. Experience in sales within the biotechnology reagent industry for over two years is preferred.
